This location only had Spanish speaking employees. They had to go get someone who spoke English. He got my entire reservation wrong. I made it clear more than once that I was moving to San Antonio and not returning the trailer back to Edinburg. He made it seem like he understood. Upon returning my trailer, it was a complete disaster. Customer service agents were snarky and did not fix the issue. It took 2 stops before being able to return. Horrible experience.
