The guy is very friendly and supportive. After getting the key, I had a little bit issue about moving the truck, and I asked the guy could help me check if anything is wrong or it is my fault missing something. He helped me out right away and nailed the issue. Highly recommended.
Yanlai HThis location is in a very sketchy area. Was told there was a drop box for the key when there actually isn't. I had to walk around the block a couple of times before actually going inside a convenience store to ask someone where it was. Thats where the cashier told me he takes the keys. I was also being charged an extra $800 because my kilometers stated I drove the unit over 15,000 kms. I drove it from Vancouver island to Edmonton, that's not 15,000 kms. The odometer at pick up on the contract stated I got it with 20,000 some kms on it. Obviously the person who had it last did not check it in properly or at all.
MITCHELL WThere was a used sanitary pad covered in blood lying around inside the van. We had to clean it up ourselves and breathe in the smell of urine and blood. Ugh.
