I was charger CDW coverage without my consent. Why?? Please Check as customers should consent to any insurance you are charging them.
Bashir OThe customer service rep in the store could not complete the contract. They were required to text their supervisor, then acted as a mediator. Waiting for text conversations and actions to come via store staff from their supervisor is time delaying and unprofessional. After returning the truck using the U-Haul app, the store over charged us by over $100.00. U-Haul customer service was able to see their mistake and start action to correct the error however it takes days to correct and refund our cc.
