Trina EMy pickup got switched to this location the day before, I chose an actual depot so that I wouldn't have any issues. When I got here the keys were not in the box and I had to wait nearly 2 hours and speak to a handful of people in order to get my vehicle which made me late for my movers. The only compensation I received from U-Haul was $50 which didn't even cover my losses.
