When I arrived and check uhaul everything was great. Went to get the key and the key was not in the box that was said online. Had to call and sat on hold for awhile. Come to find out the key was still in the return bin.

This was awful, the truck was ass- the location was sketchy, the pickup/drop off was more difficult than any one ive ever done with this company. Wtf was even this.
Richard MAfter I picked up the trailer, insurance and some fees appeared in the receipt, without my consent. Friends from India think they are the smartest, but not everyone will argue and waste their time for $37
RUSLAN SDropped off at night and it was checked in next day with no problems.
