The overall experience was very disappointing. The location was difficult to find, which was frustrating from the start. Once I finally arrived, the pickup process was straightforward and the instructions were clear — that part was fine. However, the real issue came when I tried to extend my rental because I couldn’t return the truck on time. When I called, I was told I wasn’t allowed to extend. I explained that I had a car full of items and needed just a little extra time, but was still refused. I had to call a second time because we were running behind, and only then was someone finally able to help. Even so, I was charged for an entire extra day’s rate, which made no sense since the rental was advertised as a one-day price. If I’m paying for a “one-day” rental, there should be some flexibility for extending by a few hours without being charged for another full day. Overall, this was an unpleasant and stressful experience. I would not recommend this location and will not be using their services again.
