None everything was ok
GUADALUPE RProvide Newer models, these old ones are gas guzzlers!
MARY BI called the day before my reservation, just to confirm. The person that answered at the Rosemead location (where I made my reservation) seemed confused and said someone from U-Haul would call me shortly. I got the call a few minutes later and was told my truck was not available in Rosemead and I would need to pick up in El Monte, which was further away. When we picked up at El Monte on Saturday morning, I was told that they didn't have an appliance dolly for me (which I had reserved). I was told I could have a regular dolly, which I did take but was still charged $15. As I was moving several large appliances, this made our move especially hard as we were on a tight timeframe and didn't have time to source another one.
