I arrive to the location at 10am to pickup the rental. The office is lock. There no sign that if someone inside please call this # for assistance to unlock the door. I need to call Haul David pick up and helped me check. He confirmed that the store open house is 9am and it should have someone there to assist. David very helpful trying to contact who should be the one at the office and why the store door is lock. This going for 30 mins until finally find that person on duty to open the door. Please look into it. This first time experiance service at this location is very unprofessional. Also the haul truck sit cannot adjust.

La verda no pensé que me fueran hacer una cosa asi de cobrarme cosas demás y que los trabajadores dijeran que no le puse gas a el camión que rente y luego ni servía el haciento no se podía mover ni para delante ni para atrás asi que lamento mucho ver hecho esa renta porque la verda no me quedaron ganas ni de rentar ni recomendarlos
