Two vehicles half empty being ch a red full. Vehicle wasn't cleaned
ANTHONY GHave a staff that can understand how age works, to read DoB and the current year we're living in, along with not double charging as they've already took the payment but somehow are forcing another unnecessary 68 USD, I'll be fighting this soon.
YONIS ATook a while for worker to get website to load. Had to go get another laptop. Told him we wanted to drop Off at Sheridan location which he agreed to, but when we looked at receipt days later, it was a different location we weren’t familiar with. Also, U-Haul changed the preferred pick up location the night before. Very frustrating!
