The rental unit was not road worthy, the hydraulic brake system was damaged and I had to be careful driving from Texas back to California.

lOEI HThis system of no self service is ridiculous with way too many steps and take way too long. I would rather have an employee set it up for me and be done in 5 minutes. needless to say im never using this self service system ever again and im never using uhaul again.
