The man we had to deal with was not there. We had to talk to him on the phone for a long time with a crying child in the background. It took much longer than previous rentals. The trailer was in very tall grass that had not been mowed. No trailer jack was available. We had to lift it up ourselves. Thankfully my son was there to help. No one to help with hitching the trailer to the vehicle. Would never rent here again.
