Clarence DThis location is fine but the online rental system clearly had a glitch in it. It had my tow vehicle as the wrong vehicle and it had the vehicle that I was towing listed as the wrong vehicle. The straps failed on the trailer causing my car to fall off.
Mark Pgot there in one of the straps on the tow for the car was broken so we had to wait for it to be replaced that should’ve been handled before we got there took time out the trip the guy that was there was very nice very kind best for the equipment. It was very junkie. The truck drove fine which scared us so of course once we made it to a busy road an accident occurred.
