There was no one at the location when I arrived so I called him and said said he was somewhere else and told me where the trailer was (at 70 years old that was an extremely heavy trailer to pickup especially with back problems) so no explanation on how it worked or anything, and then there was problems with the wires and it took over 6 hours to get someone out there to work on it and then he didn't have the proper tools, so I had to get mine out for him. And I paid full price for this!!!
