Pick up was easy, I would completely rent for this location again. Drop off was even easier and I would recommend Uhaul from This location to anyone whom needed one.

NANCY CMy car broke down so I couldn’t return my uhaul to the intown service location without being stranded after dropping it off, no one was in the office to answer the phone, I dropped it off at a different location that was closer to me and I called the costumer service number, costumer service told I would receive a call from the office regarding my situation and they never called, I then got charged $500 for wrongful drop off, with no chance of being able to talk to anyone regarding the situation. Now not only do I feel completely unsatisfied regarding the whole situation, I feel completely robbed, that they would even charge me that much.
Madison RDan was friendly and knowledgeable, equipment was correct and in good working order, everything went to schedule. I don't know how it could have been better!
