The person at this location was wonderful. He knew how to get me on the road qui ckly. Trailer hookup was fast and completed safely. I have already referred a person to this location and the Craigtown Road location. Great folks.

JOSEPH PThe absolute worst experience. I arrived 5 minutes before closing and it was a ghost town. They apparently left before I arrived although it stated 8pm was closing. The trailer could not be lifted off the tow hitch and when I called for help I was told it would be a $300 charge. That is ridiculous and poor business practice to charge $300 for assistance in their equipment. To include the lack of actual help from roadside assistance I had paid for.
