I was billed for gas charges $23.85 I didn't use after i was instructed to fill the gas tank back to current level. I only drove 17 miles from pickup to return. I put $7 worth gas back into the tank to bring back to current level. So, in all I paid $30.85 for gas and only drove 17 miles. I called the renter and explained my situation. Nothing was adjusted. I would not recommend this location. I was asked did i take a picture of the gas hand before rental. This should have been documented; I have never had to do that on a rental.

VICTOR LI had a way better experience with this neighborhood location than the actual official uhual place in Forest Park, GA. Everything was simple, cut and dry. In forest park they over charged me, made a mess in my bank account. I’m never going to the official location again, plus the service was much better and laid back.
