I returned the truck with the dolly in it. They closed the contract on the truck, but not the dolly. I contacted UHaul customer service. They said only the location can close the contract. I tried to reach out to the gas station. But their phone number doesn’t work. I just don’t understand why they can’t do their job right.

They charged me 77$ instead of returning me 77$ according to the invoice. They made wrong invoice because i return the truck in ome hour same day and they mentioned that i returned next day. This location is doing fraud with peoples and the trick they use is the UHaul website is not working during the pickup or return and they never provide any receipt for the transaction. Its worst and destroying the U haul name and reputation as well i believe.
ZAHID RThe gas tank was not full when picked up and we were told to fill up the similar level of gasoline when return. We di fill up the very similar levels of gasoline in Ellicott City (40 West Carroll Fuel) as picked up at U-Haul in Mechanicsburg location. However, U-Haul still charged us $6.95 for 2 gallons. This is very ridicules and unfair. Our $6.95 should be waived.
