The guy at this location was no help nor the one I was sent to previous to this location all bc the Alexandria location canceled my reservations which I will be going to alexandria office and filing a formal complaint bc it added extra mileage not only to the equipment but my personal vehicle and nobody seems to see a problem with this so overall the experience was horrible. Only time I personally used uhaul company and will definitely tell everyone about what happened

The Problem I had was I called the U-Haul in Jennings LA on W Plaquemine St that I found on google. I told them I wanted to pick up a trailer in Jennings LA and one-way it to Texarkana TX. When I showed up at the location in Jennings and there was no one there and I didn't see any trailers or any sign of a u-haul. When I called and told them I was at the location in Jennings on W Plaquemine St they told me that that location was closed that I had to drive to Elton LA to pick up the trailer. Apparently when you call the # in Jennings it rings to Elton LA. It would have been nice when I called and told them I needed to pick up a Trailer in Jennings that they would have told me that the location was closed and the trailer would be in Elton. That was pretty frustrating.
JOE BI called number there when we arrived about 4:10 p.m. He just said put key in drop box. Sounded nice. We locked Truck up and left.

JAMES FThe only complaint I have is that the dolly we paid for was not in the u haul and that dolly would have really helped with the move bso making sure all equipment is there for the customer is my only thing.
