U-Haul app tried to send me to the wrong address. Drop off location was not at the actual address but around the corner and I don’t think I would have found it if not for the help of an employee

It's located at a junkyard first of all!! Had to wait 37 minutes before being assisted and was NEVER greeted! Got in the truck & there was soda spilled on the seats & in the floorboards & there was dirt in the floorboard on the driver side. Looked in the back of the truck once I got to my location & it was FILTHY!!
