The people at this location were as accommodating as they could be and IF we were to ever be asked where to rent we would recommend them. However we will NEVER RECOMMEND UHAUL TO ANY OF OUR FRIENDS after the way I was dealt with by the District Manager for that area on the phone. I will be writing a formal complaint when we get unpacked in our new home, but bottom line that man should never be in a position to represent your company to the public. He lacks any degree of how to treat people, was rude and confrontational and they simply hung up on me mid sentence. You will get the full story in the very near future.
