Nothing wrong with the location at all. Was just remote for me but overall nice owner of the shop with a good helping hand to get the trailer hooked up and ready to go.

RONALDJ STerrible experience overall but the owner of the Ennismore location saved the day. I had rented a truck for pick up on Saturday at the water st location very close to the location of the move. I got a call late Friday night that I had to travel 20kms away to a different pick up location. We drove 3 hours from Ottawa to the new location only to find out they are closed on Saturday. Did the pick up on the app only to be told there was no truck there for us. Called the 1-800 and someone put us on hold to try to see what was up. In the meantime the owner of the location just happened to stop by. He got us the truck we had reserved. The keys were not in a drop box for me to retrieve with a code. If he hadn't have happened by I would have be without a rental and unable to move my daughter. The change in location and the screw up with the rental added an extra hour on to my 14hour day. HORRIBLE experience. Owner of Ennismore Automotive was fantastic but it was shit house luck he stopped by. No discount offered for our severe inconvenience. Will definately look for other rental vehicle options next time.
