Truck not ready, and took almost an hour to get it ready. Covered in ice and was stuck in the ice and had to be towed out. Inside dirty, hasn’t been cleaned in a long time. Front end of truck shook driving even at low speeds, the lights were not in alignment, one light pointed towards the sky and the other not pointed on the road making it difficult to see cresting a safety issue.
