This was an after hours drop off and chosen because the location was a good one for us. I do not know if it was clean. We did not interact with anyone because it was after hours. Those questions should have an option to respond with n/a or don’t know or make those questions optional to answer. I’m forced to answer yes or no to complete this survey without having the experience to provide an accurate response.
