Have your 24/7 service actually work the way it should. Uploading ID took a dozen tries. Uploading at drop off was unsuccessful. I was charged a $20 late fee because the location was closed on the weekend. I had to argue to get it refunded. A 24/7 service doesn’t have hours so a late fee was just a backward way to cheat the customer.

Some one could be at the office on time when I suppose to pick up my truck it delayed my move because I had to wait a hour for someone to come.Also have gas in the truck not on empty when I first get in
Naqutte CDriver mirror was not tightened like it should have been, so it kept folding in every time I passed 20mph. On top of that, the app gave me the wrong code for the wrong lockbox, so I had to wait an additional hour for the business owner to show up for me to get my key. Then I couldn't even extend the time I had the rental, so I could not get the rest of my belongings. If I could rate 0 stars, I absolutely fucking would.
Kristoffer BGood location but no one was there to accept the truck and trailer. I used a drop box. Later found out this location normally no have space for trailers (maybe a few car dollies). No harm here but someone else problem moving the trailer to another location.
