SAGAR AMy review has nothing to do with this location. The gentleman there was polite and very helpful. I was told on March 28th that I would have a truck in Brampton for the Sunday March 29th (the day I had to pick up a large item in a very specific window frame). Then the morning of I get told that that is no longer the case and that I must drive about 30 minutes away to Etobicoke to pick up a truck there if I would like one. At this point, I did not have a choice and was very frustrated to receive a call on the morning of the pick up saying that they did not have a truck at the location I had booked with an agent on the phone. I asked to speak to a manager and the only thing he said is that they could reimburse me 50$. Considering the time it took me to do all this extra driving (on the day of my dad`s surprise 70th birthday no least) and specially considering the cost of gas these days, I do not think this amount of reimbursement is enough to cover everything I had to go through and the costs I had to incur to do your company`s employee mistake. I would very much like this situation to be made right. Thank you.
