No way to check in U-Haul except online. No way to be certain until next day with email receipt that truck was actually checked in. U-Haul charged me for gas even though I returned vehicle with more gas that I picked it up with. Feels scammy. When I return rental equipment, I want to go over it with a human at the time of drop off.

Martha BHave the supplies that I requested online would be nice. We had to purchase our own furniture dolly because they were not prepared to fill our order. Also, it’s rude to comment on the amount of moving blankets I requested because the clerk feels that I over ordered when I actually have a lot of nice furniture and a lot of glass items that required extra padding.
