JOHNNY JThe U-Haul app was running very slow, specifically when trying to take and upload the pictures, I picked the vehicle up.
Barbara PHad a few hiccups and a little late start but not at all the fault of the guy that helped us. He was courteous and did everything in his power to help us.
Heather HThe truck itself was not in the best shape. Tons of miles on it, no cruise control, radio didn’t work, tire was out of balance, manual windows. Just need not ideal for a long haul.
