Location of pick up was great. Store owner was good and provided excellent customer service. The 10 foot GMC U-Haul truck was very old and had a lot of issues. Could not adjust side mirrors without using a T hex tool to adjust (mirror had a lot of rust), every morning had to put air in left front tire, shocks were terrible and bounced all over the place, air conditioner did not blow any cold air, no reverse camera, muffler was very rusty, front windshield was very dirty and hard to clean (tried using Windex), and head lights were very dim (do not recommend to drive this truck at night time). This 10 foot very old U-haul truck should be decommission.

Ratchets were rusty and wouldn't hardly move. Had to put WD-40 on them before I could use them.
