I have no criticism of Lemay's. it's a small business doing its best. My criticism is with UHaul itself. I should have been told that there would be no one on-site for me to pick up the van and I should have been told that I would need to use the app to get the van. In that way, I could have used a different pick up location. I blame UHaul for this failure of information
