Everyone at this facility plus whoever I spoke to on the phone 100000/10. Very professional, nice, and super helpful. It’s hard to find good people who know what they’re doing but this place has all competent and knowledgeable people. Loved the way they took care of me and I would recommend them and this place to anyone who needs a uhual.

Chyan LNo spare tire for a 3,700 mile winter drive from Alaska through Canada down to Arizona! No plug in for freezing Alaska and Canada temperatures, no communication at all from anyone, had to call several times to get confirmations and information (answers were to the tune of: "Probably" and "I think so" which is not comforting at all)
