Needs uhaul key drop box.
LOVELLA BThe U-Haul was not clean inside when I got it. It was nasty. I was also told the pickup location was a bait shop. It was in fact an auto body. The guy to get the key from was not there. I had to wait to get it. Then the U-Haul was still attached to a flat bed U-Haul trailer with a car on it. Very unprofessional. Then there was no place to return the key I had to put in through a mail slot. Also forgot to add that the number on the U-Haul contract is not the guys phone number. It’s the auto body number. I also knew this thanks to the neighbor in the parking lot. Horrible experience.
