SHAWN LI'm disputing the charge of $200.00 because I wasn't asked if I wanted to use my insurance.also they changed my Gainesville destation to my drop off which was Norcross GA cost me $123.00 I was told I would get 1000mi for the one-way trip. .He also didn't explain the two extra days had me to believe it was all included I did put in a save trip. And he changed it.pleade refund me $200. Thank you.
