The only improvement I would have enjoyed would have been a dolly lift or two wheeler. Something to help me move the big stuff, without having to buy my own lol otherwise everything was great. We were difficult customers and the U-Haul team was super easy to work with.

I did not have any assistance from store personnel. But the location was well marked and had ample parking so that I could park and be able to take the required photos.
Cory SThe inside of the the box storage compartment of the truck is disgusting definitely needed swept out, and there was pink sticky shit all over the driver side of the inside of the box storage compartment to where we had to wipe down the walls before we could even put our belongings in it
