--I arrived on time to pickup the truck but there wasn't an attendant available to process my order! --The floor mats and steps were covered with dry mud from the previous rental. Tried to use the app to checkout but it wouldn't allow me to proceed when I objected to it not being clean! --The location did not have an "Appliance" Dolly that I ordered and I had to go to another location, in route to my destination, to pick one up! --While the attendant treated me well, my overall experience with the equipment and app was horrible.
