NICOLE WVery overcrowded lot. I had a very hard time finding parking for the U-Haul. Additionally, people kept walking over from across the street to harass my family and I as I was trying to drop-off. I didn't feel safe at this location.

The seats were very comfortable They were a lot of safety features like the braking… They had hook ups for iPhone so you could use hands off or listen to your own music or an Audible book. The people I encountered at the first pick up U-Haul place the gentleman was very nice. He came out to the truck with me. He brought the dolly and told me where I could gas up the truck.. He was nice during our encounter inside as well very easy to talk to
