My bike broke in the Nevada desert 40 miles East of Fallon, Nevada. The website indicated a truck available from there. After calling we had to go to Fernley, NV. 70 miles away. We booked the truck. When we got there they said they didn't have one and that maybe we were at the wrong location. So we went to the other two location before going back to cottonwood lane. After calling the scheduling manager, he contacted the cottonwood location and straightened everything out. Then when we got home and dropped off the truck we were charged $30 extra for too many miles. Because we had to go further to pick up the motorcycle than the original Fallon location.

ModStorage in fernley os and absolutely perfect location to not only store your items, but also have access to a Uhaul. The manager is amazing, so friendly and helped me through the entire process. He even kept the gate open for me for access while emptying my unit.
