More frequent and better inspections of sites that provide the equipment and services for your organization. This is very true for those that don't get the same services that the larger cities do. Gives a bad image for your company.

GEORGE RThe manager was right there when we pulled up. He was very polite and helped us. I was told we would see the bill online, but when I looked, it was just a 0 balance. I have to check my credit card to make sure the amount is the same. We will rent from U Haul again when needed.
