The online check-in process was horrendous. It took over an hour for my sister to check in online and register her husband as a driver, who had a drivers license from another country. She kept having to input the data again and again, only to encounter an error message at the end. Ultimately after the third try we had to make a new registration under my name, and I wasn’t even planning on driving the blasted thing. Mr Singh was very helpful in this process and it should be noted that none of it was his fault, but it should not have taken nearly an hour and a half to check in. Apparently this has been an issue any time someone other than the driver is the one registering. U-Haul needs to fix their coding on the website because for such a big company the standard should be much higher.

None of these gas stations are clean nor inviting. Just the way it is….
CYNTHIA EDefinitely a great location near the auction house.
Nabil AWe had an excellent experience with both Manager Harmeet and Teja. Manager Harmeet and Teja both were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, courteous, and patient during the reservation, pick up, and return processes of the truck. It was a pleasure renting a U-Haul truck from that location.
JOHN GI showed up exactly on time to pick up the vehicle. It took about 20 minutes to check it out, even though I was the only U-Haul customer there. Once on the road, I realized the gas tank was LESS THAN 1/8 FULL! I stopped and put $20 (about 6.6 gallons) in it, and continued to complete my move. When I returned the vehicle (after driving only 48 miles), I told the attendant that the vehicle was empty when I picked it up. He proceeded to check the vehicle back in (which took 15 minutes) and told me everything was fine. They would email me a receipt. When I got the receipt, it showed they charged me $9 for 2 gallons of gas, and a $30 "fill up fee". I RETURNED THE TRUCK WITH MORE GAS THAN I STARTED WITH.
