Tom VAir conditioner in truck stopped blowing air 2 times in a 4 hour drive in 90 degree heat with my small dog with me. Was not and am still not happy about it. I am a 59 year old person with asthma and was having difficulty breathing. Fan stopped all together on any level of air or vent.
Candace JThe uhaul app crashed 5 times when trying to upload a photo of driver’s license. The app was generally unhelpful. In the future I would always choose a uhaul location with actual staff onsite. The hand cart we ordered was not available. The truck itself performed very well, above expectations.Thank you!
