Nothing. Jesse took such good care of me that if he works there forever he’s the only person I will ever call for a U-Haul. Called in to see if there was any other trucks available and was told no repeatedly. Called and got ahold of Jesse, he looked at a couple locations and then Fitchburg and said there was a 20’ available. Said he’s right away and then later a 15’ came in and he swapped it to that. Such a good guy

Uhaul changed the pick up location randomly the day before. I called them and was informed that it would be still in person pick up. However, when I got there, the office was close. I was extremely confused and our moving was delayed and I had to pay more money.
