Very difficult heck-in process thru cell phone. Absolutely hated it. All kind of damage on the truck, mostly at top of cab & Drivers side mirror damaged also. U-haul Clchangef my pick-up & drop off place. Did not like that either. Cost me .22 cents extra, which is not my fault , because I went to the location chosen by me first. THIS RESERVATION WAS TROUBLE ALL THE WAY AROUND.
ROBERT BI reserved a truck 2 weeks in advance from Gonzales. The day before I got a call they didn’t have a truck and I would have to go to Flatonia and get a smaller truck than what I reserved. (Which was out of our way) the entire process was awful. I don’t get how such a huge business could have so many issues.
