Had a guaranteed reservation for 7 am. Was told by U-Haul customer service at that time it wouldn’t be ready til 9:30. Location actually had it ready at 8:30. Horrible experience, Travis the district sales manager sounds like a huge jerk the way he talked to the lady in the office.

I had 6 x 12 reserved at Storage Choice in Pearl Ms. 177 Pruit Lane. Upon arrival they did not have the trailer. They called around and found a 5 x 8. This was a major inconvenience and caused me to make multiple trips inn the move that I had to make. I’m very upset with U-Haul.
