Everything was great, reserved online, picked up the truck, it was clean and ready to go. Made aware of any issues and how much gas in gallons was in the tank so I knew what to fill up afterward. The staff was really great and friendly.

ADAM RI was charged 64$ for fuel even though I drove less than 10 miles. Please have a look and refund the amount
Mukesh RYou can start by keeping the orders the same I booked weeks in advance to have my pick up locations changed over four times the day before my move. Then when I receive the truck, it was packed with snow. They gave me a broom to sweep the back of the truck by myself and to take this truck out of the Snow Hill. They then made me go to two different locations to get the other piece of equipment, which was improperly connected and damaged. My vehicle left me stranded when I called and had to come up with money to repair my vehicle. Very bad experience.
