We did not have a good experience. I had originally ordered a different truck from a location up the street. Anthony, the manager there, called me a few days before asking if I’d like to rent a truck at smoke break instead. I said fine. However, we picked up at 7 pm (it was a dark). The location was not safe at night and I had my kid with me. Also, the truck didn’t have the dolly that we rented and it had cigarette butts everywhere inside and it smelled horrible. There were also snack wrappers and empty soda bottles. On the way home i called Anthony to let him know my disappointment. He said “take a picture of the mileage and I’ll take care of it”. The next day at 2:30 he called - when we were able to connect, he said he has us a gas credit m. When u asked about the mileage that he promised to take care of, he informed me that he never said that. Which is completely untrue. Naturally, I became very upset that he didn’t follow through on his promise. He spoke over me doing the conversation and we both became rude. In general, I will not be renting from either of these locations in the future and I’m very disappointed in our overall service.
