The location I picked up at was great and the U-Haul itself was great however the drop off location I had many issues with. Starting with the fact that their location is either just wrong or not updated on google. The address I got directly from U-Haul was correct but when you search lady ties consulting (my drop off location) it is a completely different address that it takes you to. I did get to the right location however there were no signs at all to indicate which unit in the building was for drop off and there was no obvious drop box to set the key in either. I had to leave the truck and go home with the key overnight and drive back in the morning after calling their location to ask which is when they said to put it in their mailbox. The mailbox was almost difficult to find considering google having the wrong address and not being able to figure out which unit it was. Like I said I know it just depends on location and I don’t know if U-Haul has any say over how they operate but this was just completely ridiculous and it was way too difficult to get ahold of someone to help me there.

When I arrived, the truck door and latch were completely frozen and ice-covered. I ordered furniture pads online but none were available at this location. This is not a full-service establishment.
