I had great customer service experience when I figured out where to go to pick up the U-Haul, which business building. I had trouble with understanding that inside. The gun shop was where I was supposed to pick up my U-Haul and I got there a little before nine so no one answered the phone and the gates were locked to the gunshop. Understandably. While I had a wonderful customer service experience once inside I was frazzled prior to that trying to locate where to pick up my U-Haul that morning, so that’s an honest review from me as a single mom with a toddler to pick up at U-Haul in the rain.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe guy in Foley, AL was extremely helpful as well as the lady in Atoka, TN. Both are shining examples of how businesses should be run. I would definitely recommend.
Bonnie RNo was used at the drop off location.
Sam WThis location is also a gun shop, you can only enter one at a time. More interested in selling guns. Paperwork was completed handed off to me and I was told to go out in the field behind the building and find the truck and trailer. No help hitching the trailer. Wiper blades are dry rotted, barely would wipe the window, front suspension has a bad shaking vibration.
DARYL SNice guy easy to drop off trailer
