There was no person there when I did the drop off, but the location was a mattress store it was clean I dropped off the keys in a lock box. I do have an issue with the miles they documented on the truck. I did not pay attention to the odometer when I picked up the truck but according to U-Haul I did 304 miles. That is not correct, I did this same trip on 12/22, and it is about 189 miles not the 304 miles they say I drove 304 miles and charged me an extra $90.00. I have opened a dispute with U-Haul regarding the issue the reference number is 5635513.
