The Costumer service of u haul changed my pick up location without informing me. It took me one more hour to pick up my truck, which madae me frustrated.
NAE SUhaul in general is trash. I have not seen such an unorganized company. They never know where any of their equipment is and to receive a call the night before pick up telling me I have to travel 30 min farther for my pick then originally agreed, is INSANE. I will pay much more before I ever use Uhaul again.
