Not friendly. The staff was seemingly put off by having to deal with a u-haul customer. Made me redo the reservation. Very frustrating. Whole process of picking up a reserved truck took over 30 minutes.

Everything was great with the location and staff. The trucks back gate was a little run down. It would open super fast and then get stuck like there wasnt any cable guidance.

RICHARD KThe Costumer service of u haul changed my pick up location without informing me. It took me one more hour to pick up my truck, which madae me frustrated.
NAE SUhaul in general is trash. I have not seen such an unorganized company. They never know where any of their equipment is and to receive a call the night before pick up telling me I have to travel 30 min farther for my pick then originally agreed, is INSANE. I will pay much more before I ever use Uhaul again.
