it took 45min to pick up after finding the location (it’s in a strip mall with ZERO signage) and they were not at all prepared to rent me the extras i had reserved in the truck. my reservation was not for this location, u-haul changed it from where i made the reservation the day before. complete time suck and not smooth at all.
