Excellent customer service

DELANA WBetter customer service. Better equipment. The U-Haul roof leaked and got a lot of my stuff wet. When I arrived to pickup the unit I had to deal with 2 gentlemen who appeared to be sleeping in a car outside the business. They called someone who handled the rental checkout over the phone. It took awhile just to get the rental vehicle picked up. The inside of the vehicle was not clean and the cab area of the rental was nasty as well. Overall not a good experience.
