Better customer service. Better equipment. The U-Haul roof leaked and got a lot of my stuff wet. When I arrived to pickup the unit I had to deal with 2 gentlemen who appeared to be sleeping in a car outside the business. They called someone who handled the rental checkout over the phone. It took awhile just to get the rental vehicle picked up. The inside of the vehicle was not clean and the cab area of the rental was nasty as well. Overall not a good experience.

KaCetraya PI was told that it would be noted 620 miles instead of the 500 miles due to U-Haul messing up our reservation (we were told our mobile pickup was confirmed just to arrive OUT OF STATE and be told it was not set up) and us having to go to a new location THE NEXT DAY. This cost us hundreds extra in hotels, etc. It completely uprooted our plans. I put on the form that I did NOT agree with the charges for the extra miles over 500, as I was told we would have 620 miles total, but instead of reaching out, you charged me anyway! Worst experience moving. I will never use or recommend your services again.
